Digital Health Specialist

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Digital Health Specialist to drive innovation across our outpatient rehab clinics. In this role, you’ll implement and optimize digital health tools—including telehealth, remote monitoring, and EHR workflows—to support evidence-based, personalized care. You’ll collaborate with therapists and operations teams to streamline patient access, engagement, and outcomes, train staff on digital platforms, ensure HIPAA-compliant data use, and monitor key performance metrics.
