Job Title: Social Media Executive Salary Budget :15k-17k Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, posting regular updates and creating posts and videos using canvas, photoshop, etc. This role requires excellent English reading and writing skills, with a strong ability to engage our audience and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities : - Social Media Management : - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. - Create, curate, and schedule daily posts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). - Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools. - Content Creation : - Write, edit, and publish engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign strategies. - Research industry-related topics to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date. - Create multimedia content (e.G., videos, infographics) to support social media and marketing campaigns. - Community Engagement: - Foster a sense of community and engagement among our social media followers. - Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders in our industry. - Encourage user-generated content and manage contests and giveaways. - Brand Consistency : - Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines. - Maintain a cohesive strategy across all social media platforms. - SEO and Analytics : - Utilise SEO best practices to increase web traffic. - Track and analyse website traffic and social media engagement metrics. - Adjust strategies based on analytics to improve performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,or a related field. - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar role. - Exceptional English reading and writing skills. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. - Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.G. Google Analytics). - Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation tools (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. - Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
