An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Communications Advisor to join a fast‑paced Corporate Affairs team within a major energy organization.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Manage and grow social media channels across platforms including LinkedIn and Meta.
  • \n
  • Plan, schedule and publish engaging organic content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • \n
  • Create, update and maintain website content, landing pages and digital assets through CMS platforms.
  • \n
  • Produce high‑quality digital content including copywriting, graphics, video content and social media assets.
  • \n
  • Support internal stakeholders with digital publishing and CMS‑related queries.
  • \n
  • Coordinate external agencies and creative partners, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to brief.
  • \n
  • Monitor social channels and support community management activities.
  • \n
  • Track and analyse digital performance, providing clear insights and recommendations through reporting dashboards.

You are a creative and digitally savvy communications professional who combines strong content creation skills with technical digital expertise.

Essential Skills & Experience

\n
    \n
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Meta.
  • \n
  • Strong CMS and web publishing experience.
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), digital tracking and performance measurement.
  • \n
  • Excellent copywriting, content development and storytelling skills.
  • \n
  • Experience creating visual assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • \n
  • Basic video editing and content production capabilities.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • \n

Desirable Experience

  • Presenting digital performance insights to non‑technical audiences.
  • \n
  • Managing agencies and external suppliers.
  • \n
  • Understanding of brand governance, reputation management and compliance requirements.

  • Exposure to advocacy, issues management or crisis communications.

  • Familiarity with AI and marketing automation tools.

  • Photography and videography experience.
