Digital Analyst

Overview Insight Global is hiring a Lead Digital Analyst to support a high-impact Product Analytics team focused on ecommerce web and mobile experiences. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who operates like a lead—owning discovery, challenging stakeholders, and delivering insights that directly influence product and business decisions. This role is ideal for someone curious, highly communicative, and able to deeply understand business objectives to design the right analytical approach—not just execute requests.

What You’ll Do Own analytics initiatives end-to-end as a lead individual contributor Lead stakeholder discovery, intake requests, and define measurement approaches aligned to business impact Build deep understanding of ecommerce product goals and stakeholder objectives Challenge and push back on stakeholders to ensure the right problems are being solved Combine and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and Python Define KPIs, build measurement plans, and deliver actionable insights Perform advanced analytics including regression, time series analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and forecasting Build automated reporting and scalable data pipelines Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities Must-Haves 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, ideally ecommerce or retail Expert SQL and Python (hands-on) Strong experience with Snowflake and Databricks Experience working with ecommerce or digital product data Strong foundation in applied statistics (regression, time series) Structured, critical thinking approach to problem-solving Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Power BI (building dashboards, not just consuming) Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar platforms Retail or consumer product experience Experience with data modeling or machine learning
