Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK

Central Employment are working with an established Independent Performance Marketing Agency, as they look to recruit a client facing, commercially savvy Digital Account Manager, joining their Client Services team in Newcastle.

Hybrid working, Newcastle based x 3 days a week as a min

You will lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring that our services exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements.

Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential, 2-3 yrs min
  • Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
