Job Description
About the Role
Lead Plant Finance and Finance Controllership functions. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Financial Planning, and FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Manage product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Oversee plant accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Ensure GST compliance, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and internal controls.
- Partner with Plant Head and Operations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Drive SAP-based financial processes, reporting, and process improvements.
Qualifications
CA Qualified with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing company.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Finance, GST, SAP FI/CO, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
- Excellent analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
