What you'll do:

• Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks
• CI/CD Pipelines: Design, build and maintain our deployment pipelines, keeping our software delivery fast and efficient
• IaC: Using IaC tools, including terraform and ansible to provision both cloud and on-prem infrastructure
• Collaboration: Work closely with our trading and development teams to reduce bottlenecks and improve our systems
• Monitoring and Alerting: Not only monitor our systems but build out new metrics, alerts and dashboard to give greater visibility into the health of the system
• Troubleshooting: Handle real-time operational issues in a efficient and prompt manner
• SQL: Work with our SQL databases, including storage, security and performance
• Other duties as assigned

Skills you'll need

• Python experience strongly preferred
• SQL experience preferred
• Prior DevOps experience essential
• Terraform/Ansible/Kubernetes experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and keep an eye on things while working
• Ability to manage competing priorities in real-time
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Linux skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and predictable availability

This role is 4 days on, 4 days off rotation, covering US evenings and Weekends
