We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s ready to make an impact. This role is based out of our Houston (hybrid, 3+ days a week) and will put you at the center of building smarter, faster, and more reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune CI/CD pipelines to speed up delivery.
• Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) to automate environments.
• Keep production systems healthy, secure, and running smoothly.
• Work side by side with developers, QA, and operations to streamline workflows.
• Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and logging so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Support cloud-native architecture and containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
• 1+ year experience in Renewable Energy or Power
• Strong background with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Comfortable scripting in Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
