Development Manager
Park Hill Property
Job Description
Parkhill is a well-established and highly regarded property development and building business with a strong track record in creating quality residential communities.
Established over 15 years ago, as a privately owned, balance sheet-funded business, our Development Division specialises in the acquisition, planning and delivery of residential land developments in carefully selected growth locations. Our structure means less bureaucracy, direct access to decision-makers and the ability to make decisions and move quickly when opportunities arise.
With a growing pipeline of new opportunities, Parkhill currently has five residential estates at various stages of delivery, representing more than 650 lots, with further sites continuing to be secured.
A key point of difference is our integrated end-to-end development and building model. From site acquisition and land development through to home construction, our Development and Building divisions work closely together. Once land is registered, our building division delivers the homes, giving Parkhill greater control over the customer journey, quality and overall community outcome.
We are looking for talented people who want to grow with the business, take ownership of their role and contribute to the delivery of Parkhill's next generation of communities.
