They are now on the lookout for a Development Associate who will assist in overseeing the development process.
RESPONSIBILITIES Support in pursuing new development opportunities including acquisitions, due diligence, utility costs, market analysis, and entitlements. Assist in creation and maintenance of financial models and budgets. Support with land acquisitions and purchase contracts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Support with cradle-to-grave execution of the projects. Assist with financial closing in conjunction with lenders and legal counsels.
Management of third-party consultant teams. KEY SKILLS Master’s Degree with a focus on real estate development. Familiar with luxury multifamily real estate.
Familiar with zoning, entitlement and permitting in Miami. Have outstanding verbal and written communication. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
