Job Background: We are seeking an experienced and driven Developer Manager who can lead engineering teams while remaining hands-on with development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions across a modern full-stack ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring timely project execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure high performance and professional growth Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes Drive architectural design and implementation of scalable and maintainable systems Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Build and maintain modern, responsive frontends using Next.js and TypeScript/JavaScript Design and develop backend services using Nest.js and PHP/Symfony Develop and integrate APIs ensuring performance, scalability, and security Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices Plan, estimate, and manage tasks to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deadlines Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack Requirements: >Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field >Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role >Strong backend development experience with PHP and Symfony >Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs >Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript >Hands-on experience with Next.js and Nest.js >Experience working with relational databases such as: => MySQL => PostgreSQL >Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments >Experience with CI/CD pipelines >Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design >Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and managing agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) >Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills >Excellent communication skills in English Good to Have: >Experience with VoIP technologies such as: => Asterisk => Kamailio => SIP >Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams >Exposure to performance optimization and scalable system design Work Environment: >Remote Role >Work with international engineering teams >Opportunity to lead and build high-performing development teams >Exposure to modern full-stack technologies and scalable systems About Our Client: Our client is a technology-driven organization focused on building modern, scalable digital platforms and applications.
