Desktop Support Analyst | Multiple Opportunities

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Level 1 Desktop Support Analysts for a number of upcoming opportunities.

Working within a large, complex enterprise environment. These roles will provide hands-on, onsite support to end users across desktop devices, applications and associated IT equipment. You will be responsible for resolving Level 1 incidents and service requests, preparing and deploying devices, and providing effective front-line technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 onsite desktop and end-user support.
• Log, triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support Windows-based desktops, laptops and Microsoft Office applications
• Troubleshoot common PC, LAN and peripheral issues.
• Administer user and computer accounts within Microsoft Active Directory.
• Provide support within Microsoft SCCM environments.
• Configure, prepare, install and deploy desktop devices and associated equipment.
• Assist with meeting room, conference room and related technology support.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues in accordance with established support processes and SLAs.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience providing Level 1 Desktop Support within a medium to large organisation.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, laptops and LAN-related issues.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
• Experience administering Active Directory user and computer accounts.
• Exposure to SCCM / Microsoft endpoint management technologies.
• Experience working within an incident and service request environment.
• Experience deploying, replacing and configuring desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to provide onsite support and work directly with end users.

These roles are expected to be onsite-focused contract opportunities based around Sydney's Lower North Shore.
