Design Manager

One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for a Design Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract Key Responsibilities: Managing and supporting a team of designers Overseeing design workflow, prioritisation, and delivery of projects Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to scope and prioritise design requests Ensuring high‑quality design output across branding, publications, and internal communications Supporting delivery across a range of assets including reports, learning materials, and digital content Key Skills & Experience: Experience managing or leading design teams Strong background in graphic design / communications design Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance workload demandSolid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in public sector or regulated environments is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
