Responsibilities & Skills The ideal candidate will: Oversee day to day operating cadence for a ~250-person global HW team Executive (SVP/CEO) updates, health metrics, and "state of the org" Planning and tracking hiring and staffing worldwide Operational and capital spend planning and management Coordination of compute infrastructure (HW, CAD/EDA) and HW team usage metrics Prioritize and drive strategic investments and new initiatives Align strategic vision with cross-functional partner teams Manage cross-org dependencies and communications Establish metrics for productivity/efficiency and their improvement through genAI tools/flows Travel occasionally to San Jose/Portland/Manila/Penang/Taiwan/Pune Partner closely and collaboratively with senior leaders in all sites Must-haves: 10 years in silicon/hardware organizations with experience driving program operations Executive-ready written and visual comms Fluency with budget and capacity planning Cross-geography stakeholder management Ruthless prioritization Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with FPGA design and development GenAI tool usage for engineering development Prior chief-of-staff experience to at least VP/CVP level Benefits Benefits: The base pay for this role is between $175,000 to $219,000 per year.

In addition to base salary, we offer an incentive plan bonus, and new hire equity for a competitive total compensation package.
