We're looking for a Design Analyst – Research (B.Arch) who is curious, analytical, and excited to work at the intersection of architecture, real estate markets, data, and AI.

\n

This role goes beyond reviewing floor plans — it plays a critical role in shaping market intelligence, customer insights, and content credibility across Propsoch's platforms.

\n

Your core responsibilities will include

\n

1. Project Research & Data Management

\n

\n
• Identify, research, and upload new residential projects and EOI-stage projects to our website
\n
• Maintain and update project and market related data and research across internal tools and the website
\n
• Create and manage cohorts of projects based on customer personas, budgets, and preferences
\n

\n

2. Market Intelligence & Reporting

\n

\n
• Create POM (Peace of Mind) reports and detailed market pulse reports
\n
• Track, analyse, and forecast market trends across micro-markets and cities
\n
• Support leadership with insights for strategy, advisory, and expansion decisions
\n

\n

3. Financial & Technical Analysis

\n

\n
• Build and validate financial models for clients (pricing, appreciation, comparisons, ROI scenarios)
\n
• Support advisors with technical and analytical inputs during complex client journey.
\n

\n

4. AI Content Review & Quality Control

\n

\n
• Review and validate all AI-generated data, insights, and content for accuracy and relevance
\n
• Improve data reliability and ensure consistency with Propsoch's research standards
\n

\n

5. Content & Knowledge Enablement

\n

\n
• Write and publish blogs for new project launches and EOI opportunities
\n
• Update technical and market-led content on the website
\n

\n

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n

\n
• Work closely with advisors, product, and content teams
\n
• Share insights that improve customer experience, conversion quality, and trust
\n

\n

Who would fit best in this role

\n

Education

\n

\n
• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution
\n

\n

Experience

\n

\n
• 1–3 years in architecture, real estate research, market analysis, design analytics, research roles (preferred)
\n

\n

Technical & Analytical Skills

\n

\n
• Strong understanding of residential design, layouts, and planning principles
\n
• Ability to work with datasets, reports, and financial models
\n
• Comfort reviewing AI-generated outputs critically
\n
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel / Sheets, and internal databases
\n
