Designation - Deputy Manager/ Manager- Logistics Education: B.E- Mechanical / Other Engineering Background, Specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management Experience: 15-20 Year Experience in Automobile Industry-Outbound Logistic Job Specific Comments: Manage Customer coordination for Schedules Engaging customer and Sales for schedule variations. Customer Schedule Waterfall & Analysis Communication Schedules to the SCM and Internal Production team. Coordination with Transporters and Fleet Management Should have used any ERP software and should know the flow of activities in MRP environment. Running MRP reports for all product lines. Dispatch the goods to the Customers as per the requirement Overall, FG Internal and external warehouse management Basic competency of taxes, Export Duties. Preparation of Logistic Budget Export shipment documentation and Custom clearance. ECN Tracking Account receivable reconciliation. Packaging & FG seat trolley Improvement for Zero customer complaint & Logistics Savings. Ability to work independently with confidence and patience and at times under stress.

Timely escalation of any issues to immediate boss & pursue until it gets resolved. Execution of assign task as per guidelines of management Familiar with transportation & packaging concepts Good understanding of supply chain flow and its key performance metrics Good team player
