Job Description
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast‑paced Entertainment Center. The Operations Manager will lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations across our three businesses: food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. The role supports the GM and AGM in staffing and training, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience across all areas of service.
Requirements and Qualifications 1‑2 years of management experience Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure great experiences for guests and team members Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements Drive best practices and lead process improvement initiatives Address service or customer issues of an operational nature Why Join Our Team?
