Hours & Shift Number of hours per week: between 40 and 40. Shift: Day, Evening. Availability: Anytime. Qualifications 2 years of retail experience. High school diploma or college degree and management experience. Currently a department manager looking to expand (optional). Responsibilities Perform various management activities within the department. Define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to the team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results. Ensure the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity, and other operational functions according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
