Job Description
Drive exceptional service experiences at MEC as a Department Manager for Member Experience. Lead and develop teams to enhance customer interactions and community engagement. In this active leadership role, you will oversee member experience across the store while coaching frontline teams to deliver outstanding service and operational standards.
You'll work closely with the Senior Staff Team to maintain a positive store culture and ensure community-oriented initiatives enhance member trust.
