Department Manager

Department Manager – Warehouse (Mirfield) As a Department Manager you will oversee the daily operations of Goods In & put‑away across both Hardware and Chemical commodities. You will manage the department’s throughput and SLAs, ensuring efficient flow of work, optimal utilisation of resources and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will communicate team goals and expectations, foster a collaborative environment, and maintain open communication with your team. You will evaluate and manage employee performance, providing constructive feedback and support. About You You will have at least two years demonstrable experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse team management role.

Experience of monitoring throughput, adhering to and managing SLAs, and dealing with escalations. You will be enthusiastic about managing and developing a team, ensuring they deliver results to their best abilities. Passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
