Our client, one of the most recognised UK Multinational retail chains, is seeking an experienced Fashion Department Manager to join their successful Newbridge store.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing fashion team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance across the department
• Create an engaging shopping environment through excellent merchandising and high visual standards
• Recruit, develop and retain talent while supporting succession planning
• Manage performance, attendance and colleague engagement
• Support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding commercial and operational results
• Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' management experience within fashion retail
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful retail teams
• Strong commercial awareness with experience driving sales and KPIs
• Passion for fashion, styling and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
