Are you fast, friendly, and focused on details? We’re looking for a To Go Assistant to help us deliver a smooth, accurate, and positive delivery experience for every guest.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love providing great service, we’d love to have you on our team.

 

Position Overview:

As a To Go Assistant, you’ll be the key link between our kitchen and takeout guests. You’ll ensure orders are packed correctly and promptly, and handled with care—from the moment they’re placed via our third party partners to the moment they’re picked up by the delivery couriers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Chef team and To Go Coordinator

• Accurately check orders for delivery courier pickups

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of to-go items

• Manage to-go order flow via online delivery platforms

• Maintain a clean, organized to-go area and stock necessary supplies

• Communicate clearly with guests, drivers, and team members to ensure smooth service

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and presentation

• Experience in customer service, food service, or a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and online ordering platforms is a plus

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
