As a Delivery Manager -India Staffing you will have the following responsibilities: Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation Technical screening and submission of candidates Handle all paper work, contracts, etc. Client and Account management Achieve performance and revenue targets Meet submission, closure and other operations targets Team retention, motivation, and training Raising the bar of the recruitment team Innovation and continuous improvement in our recruitment process
