Stafflink Workforce Management is a Queensland-based recruitment specialist providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions across a wide range of blue and white-collar industries.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver / Factory Hand to join our client’s busy cabinet manufacturing operation based in Logan Village.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity, Monday to Friday, suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and confident working in both a factory and delivery environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining factory/dispatch duties with local deliveries. You will assist with preparing cabinets for dispatch, loading vehicles and delivering products safely to various job sites.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, ongoing hours
• Overtime may be required from time to time

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with general factory hand and dispatch duties
• Preparing and checking cabinets for delivery
• Loading and securing cabinets safely onto delivery vehicles
• Delivering cabinets to job sites across the local area
• Hand unloading cabinets onsite
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• Assisting with general warehouse and dispatch operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production and delivery deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Current MR Driver’s Licence – essential
• Current Manual Driver’s Licence – essential
• Previous delivery driving experience – highly regarded
• Forklift licence – advantageous
• Experience in a factory, warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing environment – advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime when required
