Valclyde Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates at our Duluth, MN location. We offer full-time and part-time positions, provide company vehicles for all deliveries, and do NOT require a CDL — only a valid driver's license and a strong work ethic.

Schedule

• Starting pay is $21.75/hour- $22.25/hour
• Work 3-5 days per week and up to 9/10 hours per day
• Flexible Scheduling: Part-time drivers can select available shifts that align with their schedule and availability.
• Start time to be determined

Requirements:

• A team player with a positive attitude
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience is not required;
  comprehensive training is provided
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful with good communication skills
• Comfortable maneuvering and parking Vans

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time for scheduled shifts.
• Follow GPS navigation to each delivery location using the device provided
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams using mobile devices to confirm delivery details and report issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
• Accurately scan and photograph each package at the time of delivery.
• Fuel vans daily at the end of your shift (fuel cards provided).
• Use handheld technology to manage delivery progress and resolve obstacles as they arise.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Track and report working hours accurately.
• Assist in training other team members as needed.
• Adhere to all company rules and regulations.
