The company is an independent contractor for FedEx, supporting deliveries from local terminals to businesses and homes. Team members maintain safety, customer satisfaction, and accuracy in every delivery.

Role Description The Delivery Driver role is a full-time position based in Neville, PA. The driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport and deliver to customers and distribution points. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, verifying orders and documentation, following assigned routes and schedules, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.

The driver will interact with customers and terminal staff, provide courteous service, and report any delivery issues or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Organization skills to manage packages efficiently
• Job related driving experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet applicable DOT or company driving requirements.
• Reliable attendance, strong time management, communication skills, and the ability to follow routes and instructions accurately.
