Role Description This full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role is based in Jackson, MS and involves safely transporting products to customers and business locations. The driver loads and unloads goods, verifies orders, and follows scheduled delivery routes while maintaining accurate delivery records. Day-to-day tasks include operating company vehicles responsibly, handling frozen and food items with care, and following all safety and traffic regulations.

The role also requires interacting with customers in a professional manner, addressing basic questions, collecting signatures or delivery confirmations, and reporting any delivery issues or vehicle concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and provide a positive delivery experience.
• Experience with forklift operation or other material-handling equipment is beneficial for loading and unloading products safely.
• Ability to receive and apply training on delivery procedures, safety protocols, and proper product handling.
• Background in Transportaion Industry is a plus, especially for understanding product handling and customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle standards.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items and work in cold storage or outdoor conditions as needed.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and adherence to route schedules and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
  prior delivery or courier experience is an advantage.
