Delivery Driver

Mighty Bread Company is a James Beard nominated wholesale and retail bakery in East Passyunk with a second location in Rittenhouse. We are looking for a deliver driver to add to our growing team.

This position is full time. At lease one weekend day. Shifts start from 5:30 to 9am depending on the shift.  Ideal candidate has a attention to detail, a team player, and very well organized. If you are eager to learn, positive and hardworking, let's hang.

Daytime hours, healthcare and PTO, room to learn a business top to bottom and grow professionally in a positive work environment with an all-star team. Weekends are a must! Neat freaks encouraged, egomaniacs need not apply.

Interested candidates should : ◦ Have a clean driving record ◦ Be comfortable maneuvering and parking a small van in the city ◦ Be able to lift at least 50 lbs ◦ Be an early riser (shifts start at 6:00 am) ◦ Value and enjoy being physically active and have natural hustle ◦ Have a strong commitment to safety of self and others ◦ Have exceptional customer engagement and relationship management ◦ Have excellent time management skills ◦ Be reliable and collaborative ◦ Be comfortable and adaptable, and able to work with a small team for a growing business

Experience driving commercial vehicles a plus

Responsibilities include the following: ◦ Attention to detail while packing product - Packaging orders ◦ Delivery of bread and baked goods to local businesses ◦ Driving to pick up ingredients ◦ Assist with facilities maintenance ◦ Receiving and processing inventory of retail items and packaging supplies
