About the role

This part-time Clinic Inventory Coordinator role (20-25 hours per week, ideally across Monday to Friday) offers a diverse mix of administration, stock management, and clinic delivery responsibilities, supporting Ophthalmology clinics with specialised medications while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to clinics and attendance at our pharmacy.

Full training and company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of medications to clinics, hospitals and patient homes
• Manage and audit stock in clinic fridges
• Assist with stock management
• Collect prescriptions from clinics
• Adhere to Quality Assurance guidelines for cold-chain stock transportation
• Administration and reporting tasks
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained

Attributes, skills and experience required for this role include:

• Valid driver’s licence
• Good driving record and enjoys driving
• Professional with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Physically capable of loading, unloading and lifting boxes (approx. 15 kg’s)
