About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director with deep expertise in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery leadership with domain expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while leading large-scale delivery engagements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs for Wealth Management clients.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and business stakeholders.
• Drive delivery excellence, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead distributed delivery teams and mentor delivery managers.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements.
• Support account growth through solutioning, client workshops, and strategic advisory.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience working with Wealth Management, Multi-Family Office, Private Investment, Asset Management, or Private Banking organizations.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and wealth management business processes.
• Experience managing large global delivery teams.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
