This is a candidate-focused role, responsible for sourcing, engaging and managing talent across the US / EU freight and logistics market. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and headhunting Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process Building and maintaining talent pipelines Supporting consultants on live vacancies We're open to recruiters, graduates and individuals from sales or customer-facing backgrounds.
