The Delegate Sales Executive As a delegate sales executive you will be polished, confident, articulate, educated, ambitious, fast learner and adaptable. You would be working closely within a dedicated sales team and will be managed and mentored by one of our experienced sales managers. This role would suit someone with a creative and passionate approach to day‑to‑day challenges and take pride in their work.
You will be working across a variety of events and industry sectors. The role will focus on the sales of international delegates, presenting and selling delegate places to senior‑level executive management, inviting them to attend our conferences and workshops, and speaking to business leaders interested in attending. Your role is to grow revenue by selling to new and repeat clients.

Sell on whichever event is required, as directed by your line manager Convince prospects of the benefits of attending our events Generate sales leads through intelligent and in‑depth research Exchange information and provide necessary feedback as needed by colleagues Attend all training sessions, team meetings, and department meetings, using the information obtained to constantly improve company services, performance, and knowledge of conference topics and selling points Accurately complete and send the daily report sheet to your line manager Make at least 100 calls per day on average over a week Send daily and weekly report sheets to line manager The right Person: Skills & Experience Required Minimum of 1–4 years of previous outbound sales experience Proven track record in sales Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels Excellent verbal and written communication Strong telephone sales skills, engaging with prospects and converting to clients Ability to develop relationships and create strong partnerships Ability to negotiate, close deals and influence key stakeholders Ability to convert leads and deliver partnerships under pressure New Business & Account Management Fast thinker and innovative problem solver Self‑motivated and hardworking Working visa Package Basic: £16k – £25k depending on experience with an OTE of £40k (uncapped commission) If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this role, you will have unlimited commission potential with an uncapped commission structure. From time to time you will be required for international travel.
There will also be a fast‑track career progression to senior management for the right person.
