Company Description RJW Technology Solutions is a growing technology and financial services support Role Description The Debit & Credit Originating Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Qualifications • Identify, engage, and originate credit opportunities from small, medium, and large corporate clients across diverse industries. • Source qualified borrowers and funding opportunities by leveraging existing professional relationships and industry networks. • Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, finance heads, company secretaries, business owners, Chartered Accountants, bankers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of lending and financing opportunities aligned with business growth objectives. • Maintain and expand a database of prospective borrowers, referral partners, and strategic contacts. Experience & Candidate Profile • 8–15+ years of experience in credit analysis, corporate lending, private credit, structured finance, banking, or related financial services. • Proven track record in credit appraisal, portfolio management, and successful origination of lending opportunities. • Retired or pre-retirement banking and financial services professionals with strong market relationships are encouraged to apply. • Demonstrated ability to source and originate credit proposals from SME, mid-market, and large corporate clients. • Well-established network among promoters, CFOs, finance leaders, senior management teams, bankers, and financial intermediaries. • Existing relationships with medium and large real estate developers will be an added advantage. • Strong professional connections with Chartered Accountants, banking professionals, consultants, and corporate decision-makers. • Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business development and results. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently, leverage market relationships effectively, and contribute significantly to the growth of the credit origination business.
