Dealer Development Manager - Europe
Kiverco Ltd.
Job Description
Have you got what it takes to find the right dealers to sell world class recycling equipment?
We are looking for a driven, ambitious Dealer Development Manager to help expand our presence across Europe.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and manage spreadsheets all day. It's for someone who wants to travel, build relationships, develop and support a network of equipment dealers across Europe helping them identify and create opportunities, win deals and become a recognised name within a growing global industry.
You will be selling innovative mobile and modular recycling equipment that helps customers transform waste into valuable resources. As sustainability, recycling and the circular economy continue to grow across Europe, you will be at the forefront of an industry with real momentum.
If you are at an early stage in your sales career, hungry for success and motivated by earning potential and professional recognition, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Dealer Network Development
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers across key European markets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer principals, sales teams and key decision-makers.
- Create dealer development plans to maximise sales performance.
Sales Growth
- Support dealers in generating and converting sales opportunities.
- Accompany dealer teams on customer visits and equipment demonstrations.
- Develop strategic sales plans for assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
Market Development
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.
- Gather customer and competitor intelligence.
- Represent the company at European trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
Dealer Enablement
- Facilitate sales training and product support to dealer teams.
- Ensure dealers have the tools, knowledge and confidence to sell successfully.
- Support marketing initiatives and product launches across the network.
Reporting & Planning
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular market and activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or dealer management.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for winning business.
- Confidence presenting to customers and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe.
- Full driving licence.
- Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently.
Ideal
- Experience in capital equipment, machinery, construction equipment, recycling, waste management, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
- Additional European language skills.
- Experience working with dealer or distributor networks.
- CRM experience.
Who Will Thrive Here?
- Wants to accelerate their sales career rather than wait years for opportunities.
- Loves meeting new people and building relationships across different countries and cultures.
- Enjoys travelling, attending exhibitions and being in front of customers.
- Is competitive, ambitious, energetic and motivated by results.
- Wants to be known as a top performer in a growing international business.

What You'll Get:
- Competitive base salary.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- International travel opportunities.
- Ongoing sales and product training.
- The opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing sectors within industrial equipment.
- A supportive, entrepreneurial culture where your contribution is visible and recognised.
