Hiring: Deal Sourcing & Investment Analyst | Remote | Full-Time If you know how to spot high-potential startups before everyone else does , this role is for you. We’re looking for a sharp, high-ownership Investment Analyst with strong experience in deal sourcing, early-stage investing, and startup evaluation , ideally with exposure to US VC funds, US startups, or global investment platforms . This is not a backend execution role — this is a front-row seat to investment decisions.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, evaluate high-growth startups, build investment theses, and help shape the future of early-stage investing across AI, SaaS, deep-tech, travel, and hospitality innovation. About the Platform We are an early-stage global investment firm backing high-potential startups across AI, SaaS, and deep-tech-enabled sectors , with a strong focus on travel and hospitality innovation. We partner with founders from day zero—helping them scale through capital, strategic insight, and deep ecosystem access.

What You’ll OwnDeal Sourcing Lead sourcing of high-quality startup opportunities globally through founder networks, accelerators, market mapping, and outbound strategy. Investment Evaluation Assess startups across product, market, business model, traction, and scalability. Build clear investment recommendations.

Due Diligence Support financial, market, and product diligence. Identify risks, assumptions, and growth levers. Investment Memos Prepare investment notes, IC materials, and present opportunities to senior leadership.

Market Intelligence Track emerging trends across AI, SaaS, deep-tech, and startup ecosystems to strengthen sourcing strategy.
