Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, advertising technologies (AdTech/MarTech), and advanced business analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Cloud, BigQuery).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently, to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing analytics combined with a strong understanding of enterprise data infrastructures, first-party data strategies, and advanced AI marketing applications.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (from advertiser, agency, or media owner perspectives) in the Andean and LATAM markets.
  • Track record of acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, technical teams, and C-level executives, effectively managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments to drive sweeping data infrastructure transformations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

About The Job

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL) for Andean Markets, you will empower Google’s largest advertisers to achieve their core business goals by driving the adoption and execution of critical data and measurement infrastructure. In an era of profound industry transformation, you will leverage advanced measurement solutions to prove and maximize the value of Google media.

This role is central to helping regional advertisers unlock the full potential of Google AI. You will have a curious, inventive, and collaborative leader to reshape how businesses across the Andean region leverage data to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee post-adoption product usage and feature adoption, ensuring seamless collaboration across implementation, business analytics, and cross-functional Google teams.
  • Lead the sales cycle and adoption for advanced Data, Measurement, and Infrastructure capabilities across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) to accelerate client growth.
  • Partner with advertisers to elevate their Digital AI Maturity and maximize media performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and thought leader in Andean Markets, educating internal teams, partners, and clients on complex data, measurement, and tech capabilities.
  • Oversee post-adoption product usage and feature adoption, ensuring seamless collaboration across implementation, business analytics, and cross-functional Google teams.
