Job Description: The client is seeking a Data Product Manager to own and scale reusable membership data capabilities supporting personalization, experimentation, analytics, and customer/member experience initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Architecture and is responsible for translating business use cases into scalable data products and activation-ready capabilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Own and prioritize the member data product roadmap focused on personalization and experimentation Partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Architecture teams to build scalable data capabilities Define reusable datasets, identity resolution frameworks, behavioral events, APIs, and feature generation capabilities Drive activation-ready data products instead of one-off reporting solutions Support rapid experimentation and operationalize successful pilots into scalable production capabilities Align teams on segmentation logic, targeting datasets, experimentation frameworks, and measurement standards Balance speed vs scalability while enabling fast delivery across evolving data ecosystems Create trusted, reusable, discoverable data assets that improve organizational delivery velocity Operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with strong ownership and urgency Requirements: Must-Haves: Strong Data Product Management experience with ownership of outcomes Experience building reusable data products tied to personalization, experimentation, customer/member experience, or activation Ability to translate business and personalization use cases into scalable data capabilities Strong partnership experience working directly with Data Engineering teams Understanding of identity resolution, data models, feature datasets, APIs, behavioral events, and activation-ready datasets Experience working within modern cloud data platforms and lakehouse ecosystems Ability to balance short-term experimentation needs with long-term scalability and reuse Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments Experience supporting retail, digital, loyalty, or customer-facing ecosystems Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills Nice-to-Haves: Databricks or Lakehouse architecture experience Experience supporting Member360 or Customer360 initiatives Exposure to experimentation and measurement frameworks Background supporting personalization or activation use cases at scale
