Hiring: Data Modeler / HRMS Data Architect Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 5โ8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time (Fixed Term) We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / HRMS Data Architect to join a large-scale HRMS transformation and migration program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS/HCM data architecture, data migration, data mapping, and enterprise data modeling with experience working across HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS solutions. Key Responsibilities: โข Design and maintain logical and physical data models for HRMS applications. โข Define schemas, primary/foreign keys, constraints, indexing, and partitioning strategies. โข Lead HRMS data migration, conversion, and integration initiatives. โข Design and execute schema conversions, data mappings, transformation rules, and ETL/ELT pipelines. โข Build and maintain ER diagrams, metadata repositories, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation. โข Support employee master data, payroll, benefits, workforce management, performance management, and compliance reporting. โข Establish data governance, metadata management, and master data management practices. โข Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, application owners, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
