As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking experienced product consultants to join our journey and contribute to our culture of excellence Position Overview: We are looking for motivated freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in Data Migration, ITSM tools, and SaaS implementations . Candidates with strong communication skills, basic scripting knowledge, and an interest in data handling are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end data migration (extraction, transformation, and loading) Work with ITSM/CX tools (e.g., ticketing systems) to manage and validate data Clean, transform, and validate data before migration Develop and use scripts for automation Identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, missing data, formatting errors) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and mapping Support testing, validation, and post-migration activities Maintain proper documentation for migration processes Required Skills Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries Familiarity with data formats such as Excel, CSV, and JSON Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment Good to Have Intermediate knowledge of Python Good knowledge of API integrations Exposure to ETL tools or data migration frameworks Understanding of ITIL processes Qualification Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT or related field Why Join Us?
