Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Integration Developer to support Global Distribution projects, with a primary focus on Global Sales & Marketing systems. This role involves developing and supporting custom database and ETL applications, collaborating with end users, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and system standards. The ideal candidate will be task-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop and support software systems for Global Sales & Marketing initiatives. Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Facilitate project meetings and manage project tracking and status reporting.
Build and enhance custom database and ETL applications. Participate in system enhancements and provide application support. Ensure compliance with development standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Sarbanes‑Oxley).
Perform system and unit testing, and contribute to project‑level test plans. Participate in code reviews and maintain standard coding practices. Create application support documentation for critical processes.
Provide off‑hour availability as needed for project deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 9+ years of experience in database development on major RDBMS platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase ASE, DB2). 6+ years of experience with ETL tools such as Ab Initio or Informatica. 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
Proficiency in working with data objects such as JSON and XML. Experience writing Unix shell and Windows batch scripts. Solid knowledge of software development and system implementation life cycle.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. Ability to develop support materials and contribute to knowledge sharing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
