Role Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. CW Advisors is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support the firm's private investment operations and research.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities: Ongoing data maintenance Black Diamond Householding Salesforce data cleansing and imports Basic Requirements: Salesforce Proficiency: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or data operations, with a strong focus on data hygiene and bulk updates.
M&A Data Integration: Proven experience (1-3 years) managing data migration or systems integration projects, specifically mapping disparate datasets into a unified CRM schema. Expert Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas to validate and scrub data before system ingestion. Data Normalization: Demonstrated ability to clean, deduplicate, and normalize high volumes of "messy" data from external sources.
High-Volume Execution: Capacity to handle multiple, overlapping projects, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines. Independent Project Management: Ability to drive integration tasks to completion with minimal oversight once initial mapping rules are established. Preferred Requirements: Black Diamond Knowledge: Previous experience with householding, account merging, or performance reporting in Black Diamond is a strong plus.
DemandTools Experience: Familiarity with DemandTools for advanced deduplication and data maintenance is highly desirable. Financial Services Context: Prior experience working in an RIA, PE firm, or investment advisory environment is preferred. Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here
