We're hiring a Data Governance Analyst to operationalize enterprise data governance — working closely with the Data Governance Lead and cross-functional business/technical teams to ensure organizational data remains trusted, well-defined, and consistently governed.

What you'll do:

• Monitor data quality metrics, trust scores, and governance exceptions across critical datasets
• Investigate and drive resolution of data quality issues with responsible teams
• Support access reviews, data certification, and periodic recertification
• Maintain the data catalogue, business glossary, and data ownership/stewardship records
• Track governance KPIs, action items, and management reporting
• Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder follow-ups
• Escalate material governance risks to leadership

What you bring:

• 4-6 years in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, Business Analysis, or Analytics
• Strong grasp of metadata management, business glossary, data lineage, ownership/stewardship, and access controls
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills
• Comfortable bridging business and technical teams

Nice to have: SQL, BI/Analytics tools, Data Catalogue/DQ platform experience (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, etc.), MDM exposure, Data Product certification experience
