Key Responsibilities Analyze data quality issues across HR, identity, and directory platforms. Identify root causes of inconsistent and poorly structured data. Develop strategies to improve data quality and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data governance improvements. Document data flows and business rules related to identity governance. Support the IGA transformation initiative by ensuring reliable data inputs. Requirements Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL.
