Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to transform raw data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate willbe responsible fordata collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role requires strongexpertisein SQL, data visualization tools, and analytical thinking , along with exposure to capitalmarketsdata and trade lifecycle processes . Experience: 3-15Years Location: Hyderabad Mode of Work: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean,validate, and manage data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets toidentifytrends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Create andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visualizationsfor business users. Work closely with stakeholders to understanddata requirements and business needs. Supportdata-driven decision-makingacross business and functional teams.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Documentdata definitions, KPIs, metrics, and analytical processes. Provide analytical support tofront office, middle office, and risk teams.

Analyze and understand thetrade lifecyclefrom trade capture to settlement. Required Skills and Qualification 3–5 years of experience indata analysis or related roles. StrongproficiencyinSQL and Excel.

Experience with data visualization tools likePower BI, Tableau, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate insights clearly tonon-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Understanding ofdata analysis and reporting best practices. Good to have Skills Experience withPython or Rfor data analysis.

Knowledge ofstatistical analysis and data modelingconcepts. Experience working withlarge datasets or cloud data platforms. Exposure toCapital Markets domain(Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, Commodities).
