About the Role We're looking for a sharp, intellectually curious Data Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team.

This is a high-ownership role — you won't be running dashboards in the background. You'll work directly with senior leadership on questions that shape how we grow: where our margins come from, which customer cohorts to prioritise, how operations perform, and where the business has its next leverage point. If you've come out of an analytics firm or a quant role and want to work on real business problems — not just analytical deliverables — this is the role.

What You'll Do 1. Business Analysis & Strategic Insights • Dig into operational and commercial data to surface what's actually driving (or dragging) performance — substitution rates, cohort behaviour, category margins, retention trends • Build models and frameworks that feed into business decisions, not just reports • Translate raw data into sharp narratives for founder and leadership reviews 2. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Own key business metrics across contribution margins, order economics, and ops efficiency • Build and maintain dashboards (Metabase / equivalent) that give leadership a live pulse on the business • Design RCAs when metrics move — the 'why' should always be clear 3.

Cross-functional Project Execution • Partner with Product, Category, Procurement, and Operations teams to define problem statements, size opportunities, and track implementation • Be the analytical engine in cross-functional projects — from hypothesis to recommendation to outcome 4. Planning & Decision Support • Support annual operating plan and quarterly reviews with analysis, benchmarks, and scenario models • Help define how we measure success on strategic initiatives and hold the business accountable to those metrics Who We're Looking For • B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. from a top-tier institute — IIT, BITS, NIT, IISc, or equivalent; strong academic record • 0–2 years of experience, ideally at an analytics or data-driven firm — Mu Sigma, Fractal Analytics, ZS Associates, Boston Analytics, Tiger Analytics, or similar • Fluent in SQL; comfortable in Python or R; can build a rigorous model in Excel without thinking twice • You get uncomfortable with ambiguity for about 10 minutes, then you build a framework and move forward • You care about the 'so what' more than the 'what' — business intuition matters as much as technical chops Why Join • Direct exposure to founder-level strategy conversations at 0–2 years — rare anywhere, rarer in healthtech • Real ownership, fast feedback loops, steep learning curve • Truemeds is at an inflection point — Series C, rapid expansion, meaningful problems ahead
