Data Analyst (Tableau)

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a team responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analytical solutions within a dynamic financial markets environment. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and participation across the full data lifecycle, from integration and processing to reporting and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Contribute to data warehousing and data management initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Support the development of solutions using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and automation technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Professional experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto, and Airflow.
• Previous experience within financial services, capital markets, or trading environments.

Language Requirements

• English: Professional proficiency (C1 or above).
