An established insurance organization is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing Data & AI team and act as a key data partner to strategic business stakeholders.

The role combines data analysis, business intelligence, dashboard development, automation, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on turning complex data into actionable insights and decision-support tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary data partner for business stakeholders across strategic accounts and functions.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective data and BI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau.
  • Perform data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to the definition and management of the data project roadmap.
  • Develop applications and process automations using Python where required.
  • Ensure the quality, documentation, and effective distribution of data deliverables.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of BI tools across internal teams and business partners.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and strengthen data literacy across the organization.
  • Contribute data expertise to transformation initiatives and new strategic projects.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data solutions deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions with Tableau.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong Python skills, particularly using Pandas, Polars, or similar data-processing libraries.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical analytical and BI solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Professional English proficiency is advantageous in an international environment.
