Data Analyst

About the Role

We're hiring a Global Data Services Analyst to support the delivery of business and technical service operations for internal data collection processes across a wide range of applications. You'll manage data delivery, compliance alignment, and life cycle planning — including extraction, delivery, and disposal — from production business applications, while ensuring alignment with TECH and business strategy.

You'll also maintain and enhance automation scripts, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in workflow reliability and efficiency. This role suits someone who can blend business process understanding with hands-on technical skills to improve user experience and reduce cost of ownership.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day service operations for data collection processes across multiple applications
• Run and validate SQL queries to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Build and maintain automation scripts (Python preferred) to streamline workflows
• Troubleshoot operational issues and drive process improvements
• Monitor service levels and ensure alignment with agreed SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing IT services or operational processes within SLAs
• Working SQL knowledge for querying and data validation
• Scripting/automation skills (Python preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting and making technical/process decisions
• Understanding of service management, controls, and reporting
• Process improvement experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
