About The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and executive teams.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python and SQL.
• Create visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Support operational, workforce, and financial analytics initiatives.
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.

Requisitos

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Advanced Python for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and data modeling.
• Experience with statistical analysis, APIs, and data integrations.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics Lifecycle, Data Governance, BI best practices, and Agile environments.
• English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.
• Certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
