DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER โ DATA ANALYST

Job responsibilities:
Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and actionable insights for management decision-making.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, Power BI dashboards, and analytical reports for academic, operational, and business performance.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and timely reporting across various functions.
Automate recurring reports and data processes using Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Identify and implement AI used cases for analytics, reporting, automation, forecasting, and insight generation.
Develop AI-assisted workflows and use appropriate AI tools for data analysis, content creation, and process improvement.
Develop, review, and curate Computer Science content, including learning resources, coding exercises, practical activities, and application-based content.
Design and review Computer Science assessments, question banks, practice tests, competency-based and coding-based questions, along with answer keys and rubrics.
Analyse assessment data to identify student performance trends and learning gaps and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with academic, technology, assessment, and other functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI tools, data analytics practices, and developments in Computer Science education.
Key Performance Indicators:
100%+ accuracy and timely delivery (as mutually agreed) of scheduled MIS reports, dashboards, and analysis.
Automate at least 20-25% of identified recurring/manual reporting processes annually and achieve measurable
reduction in reporting turnaround time.
Identify and implement at least 2-3 relevant AI/GenAI use cases annually that improve analytics, reporting, content
creation, or process efficiency.
Deliver 95%+ of planned Computer Science content, question banks, and assessments within agreed timelines, with
a minimum 98% accuracy/quality rate after review.
Provide actionable analytical insights that result in at least 3-5 measurable process or performance improvements
annually, supported by data and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
Desirable to have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, MIS, Data Science, or related areas.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and data visualisation; knowledge of Python is
an advantage.
Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled automation.
Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, programming, computational thinking, algorithms,
databases, and emerging technologies.
Experience in Computer Science content writing and assessment/question-bank development will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, content-writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to convert complex data and technical concepts into simple, meaningful, and actionable outputs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and problem-solve creatively.
